Yümnü Balçık, one of the founding members of Yüce Tıbbi Gereçler, entered the health sector in 1981; she gained experience in surgery, gynecology and in vitro fertilization laboratory branches in import and marketing companies. In 1994, she came together with her brother Cengiz Balçık and founded Yüce Tıbbi Gereçler Import Export Representative Industry and Trade Limited Company.
